Section 33

No person shall, in relation to any vegetation (whether indigenous or otherwise) –

(a)

alter, burn, convert, destroy, modify, mutilate, transform, transpose or vary such vegetation or any part of any vegetation; or

(b)

exploit such vegetation or any part thereof;

in a manner which has or is likely to have a significant adverse effect on the environment.
