Section 58A

Section 58A

No action, suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against –

(a)

any member of the Council;

(b)

Director; or

(c)

any environmental enforcement officer, for any act or omission done in good faith in the performance of their functions and the exercise of their powers under this Enactment.

Debt owed be paid to the Environment Protection Fund
