(2)
Upon receipt of the application, the Director or his authorised officer may survey the site specified in the application and may require the applicant to make modifications to the existing aquaculture premise.
(3)
The Director having satisfied himself that the requirement in subsection (2) has been complied with and that the existing aquaculture premise has not contravened any of the provisions of this Enactment, and upon payment of the prescribed fees, the Director shall issue a licence.
