Section 28

Section 28

(1)

Any person who intends to use fishing appliance other than a fishing stakes or fish-aggregation device or immobile fishing gear shall apply to the Director for a licence in the prescribed form.

(2)

The Director may, upon payment of the prescribed fee and payment of any prescribed deposit, issue a licence subject to such conditions as he deems fit to impose.
