Section 3

of Sabah Inland Fisheries And Aquaculture Enactment 2003

Section 3

(1)

There shall be a Director of Fisheries who shall be appointed by the State Public

Service Commission from amongst the members of the State Public Service.

(2)

There shall be such number of officers as may be necessary or expedient for the due administration of this Enactment who shall be appointed by the State Public Service

Commission from amongst the members of the State Public Service.
