(1)
The Director shall within five years of the declaration of a fish sanctuary demarcate the boundaries of that fish sanctuary.

(2)
Where there is any conflict between a demarcation carried out under subsection
(1)
and a map or description prepared pursuant to section 68 (1) (a), the demarcation prepared under subsection (1) shall prevail for the purposes of this Enactment.
(3)
Any person who moves, destroys or interferes with any notice, fence, gate, boundary marker, erected or put in place in accordance with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
