Section 73

Section 73

(1)

No person shall carry, use or be in possession within a fish sanctuary –

(a)

any spring gun, spear gun, spear fishing equipment, harpoon or suction gun; or

(b)

any other kind of weapon potentially harmful to any plant or animal life.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
