(1)
The Director or any authorised officer who seizes any thing or document under this Enactment shall prepare a search list of the things or documents seized and forthwith sign the search list.
(2)
The Director or any authorised officer shall request the person from whom the things or documents were seized to acknowledge the search list. If any person refuses to acknowledge the search list, the Director or the authorised officer shall make comments on the search list of such refusal.
