(1)
No suit or claim shall be brought against the Director or any authorised officer in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him in good faith in the execution or purported execution of his functions, powers and duties under this Enactment.
(2)
No suit or claim shall lie against the Government or the Director or any authorised officer for any damage caused to any vessel (including its equipment, furniture, appurtenances, stores, cargo and fishing appliance), vehicle, article or thing seized under this
Enactment whilst exercising his functions, powers and duties under this Enactment.
