Section 167A

For the purposes of this Chapter –

“Chief Registrar of the Syariah Supreme Court” shall include the Deputy Chief

Registrar of the Syariah Supreme Court;

“Registrar of the Syariah Appeal Court” shall include the Deputy Registrar of the

Syariah Appeal Court; and

“Registrar of the Syariah High Court” shall include the Deputy Registrar of the

Syariah High Court.
