Section 66

Every investigation under this Chapter shall be completed without unnecessary delay, and as soon as it is completed the officer making the investigation shall, unless the offence is of a character which the Chief Syar'ie Prosecutor has directed need not be reported to him, forward to the Chief Syar'ie Prosecutor a report setting forth the names of the parties, the nature of the information, and the names of the persons who appear to be acquainted with circumstances of the case.

The Chief Syar'ie Prosecutor may at any time by order in writing direct that no report need be forwarded to him in cases of a character to be specified in such order, and may at any time vary or revoke such order.
