Section 64

Penalty for causing train to stop

If any person not being a railway official, without reasonable excuse, by making any gesture or exhibiting any signal or otherwise, causes a moving train to be brought to a standstill, he commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
