Penalty for wilful act or omission endangering passenger
Whoever wilfully does any act, or wilfully omits to do what he is legally bound to do, intending by such act or omission to cause or knowing that he is thereby likely to cause the safety of any person travelling or being upon a railway to be endangered, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
