Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk Pusat Santuari Buaya Tembaga di bawah Seksyen 47, Akta Pemulihan Hidupan Liar Tahun 2010 [Akta 716] dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Perlindungan Hidupan Liar dan Taman Negara (Perhilitan) Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for Copper Crocodile Santuary Center under

Section 47, Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 [Act 716] and designates that the Director of Department of Wildlife Protection and National Parks Negeri

Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

Area—3.408 acres.
