[Subsection 64(1)]

REVOCATION OF LAND FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 87 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 14 Februari 2008, pada menjalankan kuasa kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara

[Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk Dewan dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Nilai hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan.

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan

No. 110 pada 27 Februari 2020.

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri yang disebut terdahulu.

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang terdahulu.

Whereas, by Notification No. 87 published in the Negeri Sembilan Government

Gazette on 14 February 2008, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for all hall and designates that the President of Nilai Municipal Council shall have control of the reserved land.

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the whole part of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked.

And whereas, notice of proposal of State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 110 on 27 February 2020.

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code, the State Authority revoke the whole part of the aforesaid reservation.

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu patut dibatalkan:
