  1. Whereas applications were made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment J.G.N. 1937 bertarikh 31.7.2003 dan 14.8.2003. W.K.J. 2268 bertarikh 25.9.2003 dan 9.10.2003. 8hb April 2004] 613 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR 1936, by the proprietors of the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to have their holdings made Malay Reservations; And whereas notice of the said applications as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section

has since lapsed;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
