Preamble
- Whereas applications were made to the Director under the provisions J.G.N. 2268 bertarikh 25.9.2003 dan 9.10.2003. W.K.J. 2624 bertarikh 20.11.2003 dan 4.12.2003 614 [8hb April 2004 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietors of the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to have their holdings made Malay Reservations; And whereas notice of the said applications as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section
(iii)
, the Director of Lands and Mines, hereby declares the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to be Malay Reservations.
