Whereas applications were made to the Director under the provisions of sub-section (i) of section 6 of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936, by the proprietors of the holdings described in the Schedule hereto to have their holdings made Malay Reservations; And whereas notice of the said applications as required by sub-section (ii) was duly given; And whereas the period of two months prescribed by sub-section (iii) has since lapsed; W.K.J. 5207 bertarikh 3.7.2008 dan 17.7.2008.
