Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 8 Peraturan-Peraturan Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah (Skim No. 6) 1981, saya Md. Najip bin Ishak, Pengarah RISDA Negeri, Johor dengan ini memberitahu notis bahawa “Daftar Permohonan-Permohonan Untuk Bantuan-Bantuan Tanam Semula Kebun-Kebun Kecil Getah” bagi tahun 2019 akan dibuka mulai pada 1 Januari 2019 dan ditutup pada 31 Disember 2019.

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat dalam borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap pekebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Peraturan-Peraturan
Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah (Skim No. 6)
1981, boleh dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, I Md. Najip bin Ishak State RISDA Director of the State of Johor hereby give notice that the “Register Of Applications For Grants For The Replanting Of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2019 shall be opened on the 1 January 2019 and shall be closed on the 31 December 2019.

Application which is not made in the prescribed application forms or is not received within the prescribed period or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders
Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981 may be considered as an inadmissible application.
