Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Kubang Pasu, Binjal, Malau dan Hosba, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50039, P.W. 50049, P.W. 50050, P.W. 50051, P.W. 50052 dan P.W. 50059 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Mukim of Kubang Pasu, Binjal, Malau dan Hosba, District of Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon P.W. 50039, P.W. 50049, P.W. 50050, P.W. 50051, P.W. 50052 dan P.W. 50059 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation.
