Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Jabi, Daerah Kecil Pokok Sena, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2708 yang disimpan di Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Mukim of Jabi, Sub-District of Pokok Sena, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 2708 deposited in Department of Survey and Mapping, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
