- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Bandar Pokok Sena, Seksyen 8 dan Mukim Jabi, Daerah Pokok Sena, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50089, P.W. 50090, P.W. 50091 dan P.W. 50092 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in the Bandar Pokok Sena, Seksyen 8 and Mukim Jabi, District of Pokok Sena, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon P.W. 50089, P.W. 50090, P.W. 50091 and P.W. 50092 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as land in Malay Reservation.
