Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Binjal, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2407 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.
