Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13(1)(b) Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat menyatakan bahawa mulai daripada 10 April 1996 akan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta PW 1780 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah/Perlis dan yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Hutan Simpan Bukit Enggang yang diisytiharkan mengikut Kenyataan Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. F1045 bertarikh 11 Mac 1933 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi simpanan yang tersebut itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1)(b) National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1985 the Ruler in Council hereby declares that as from 10th April 1996 land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan PW 1780 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah/Perlis and which formed part of Bukit Enggang Forest Reserve declared under Kedah Government Gazette Notification No. F1045 dated 11th March 1933 shall cease to be reserved.
