Bahawasanya saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadai dalam gadaian yang tersebut suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 260(2)
Kanun Tanah Negara.
Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Langkawi, Kedah Darul Aman pada hari Isnin 5 November 2001 jam 10.30 pagi.
Maka oleh yang demikian, menurut seksyen 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan adalah dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan tersebut dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah tersebut tidak patut dibuat.
