- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Naga, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2511 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservation) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim of Naga, District of Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 2511 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
