Bahawasanya saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadai dalam gadaian yang tersebut suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara.
Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman pada 24hb
November 2004 jam 11.00 pagi.
Maka oleh yang demikian, menurut perenggan 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan adalah dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan tersebut dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah tersebut tidak patut dibuat.

To Govindasamy a/l Shammugam and S. Vasudevan a/l Shammugam residing at No.
38, Kampung Muhibbah, Bandar Darulaman, 06000 Jitra, Kedah, as a chargor in the charge as mentioned in the Schedule below for land/lease/sub-lease as mentioned therein.
Notice is hereby given that I have received from the chargee in the charge an application for an order to be issued under subsection 260(2) of the National Land
Code.
And I hereby propose to hold an enquiry in respect of the above application at the
Land Office Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman on 24th November 2004 at 11.00 a.m.
Therefore as required under paragraph 261(1)(c) of the National Land Code, you are hereby required to appear in the above enquiry and show cause why the above order should not be made.
