- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Jabi, Daerah Kecil Pokok Sena setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 1728, 1729, 1730 dan 1735 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim of Jabi, Sub-District of Pokok Sena in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 1728, 1729, 1730 and 1735 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah, to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
