- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/65], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Masjid Kampung Ayer Merbau dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Melaka hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land
Code [Act 56/65], the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is as a site for the Kampung Ayer Merbau Mosque and has designated that the Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Melaka shall have the control of the reserved land.
