Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/65], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Y.B. Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Melaka hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab itu. [3hb Feb. 2005 64
