Bahawasanya, menurut peruntukan seksyen 100 Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], tanah yang dijadualkan di bawah ini telah melalui perintah diisytiharkan terlucut hak kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri. WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI MELAKA 20hb Dis. 2007] 771 Notis adalah dengan ini diberi bahawa pelucuthakkan itu berkuat kuasa pada tarikh notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta dan bahawa, oleh sebab tanah itu terletak hak kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri—

Whereas, pursuant to the provision of section 100 of the National Land Code

[56 of 1965], the land scheduled below has by order been declared forfeit to the State Authority.

Notice is given that such forfeiture has this day taken effect on the date of the publication of this Notice in the Gazette and that in consequence of its vesting in the State Authority—

(a)

any title or interest in the land heretofore subsisting or capable or arising is extinguished; and

(b)

the issue document of title to the land are void and are impoundable by the state.
