Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk balai raya dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Tampin hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.
