Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk Pembangunan Agama Islam dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut. Land Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Islamic Religious Development and designated that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs Department of

Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
