Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk tadika/dewan orang ramai dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Di Pertua Majlis Perbandaran Seremban hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a kindergarten/public hall and designates that the President of Seremban Municipal Council shall have control of the reserved land.
