Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk tadika/balairaya dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Seremban hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a kindergarten/balairaya and designates that the Seremban District Officer shall have control of the reserved land.
