Code [56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves the land described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for assembly hall and designates that the President of Municipal Council of Nilai shall have control of the reserved land.

Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, kawasan lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
