Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu satu tapak untuk Surau Taman Medang, Mantin dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a Surau of Taman Medang, Mantin and designated that the Director of Islamic Religious Affairs Department, Negeri

Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
