Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk perkuburan islam Kampung Pilah Tengah dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Muslim Burial Ground at Kampung Pilah

Tengah and designated that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs

Department shall have control of that reserved land.
