Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142] menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 05-028418 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi sebahagian kawasan perizaban Melayu sebagaimana yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan N.M.B. No. 3536 tahun 1916 [W.K.N.M.B. No. 3536/1916], berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh Pemberitahuan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.m.s. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar with the approval of the Ruler in Council, declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated in

Certified Plan No. C.P. 05-028418 which is deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan shall cease to be part of the Malay Reservation area as published vide F.M.S Government Gazette No.

3536 of 1916 [F.M.S.G.G. No. 3536/1916], with effect from the date of the publication of this Notification in the Gazette.
