Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 78957 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan sebagai Kawasan Perizaban Melayu.
