Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kompleks Rukun Tetangga Bukit Pelandok dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Port Dickson hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a Complex Neighbourhood of Bukit Pelandok and designates that the District Officer of Port Dickson shall have control of the reserved land.
