Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak pejabat Majlis Daerah Tampin dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Tampin hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for an office of Tampin District Council and designates that the District Officer of Tampin shall have control of the reserved land.
