Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk masjid Taman Indah dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, for mosque Taman Indah and designates that the

Director of Islamic Religious Affairs of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
