Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Raja Dalam Mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dalam Pelan Akui No. PA 33988 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi sebahagian kawasan Perizaban Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the Ruler In Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon in the

Certified Plan No. CP 33988 which is deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan shall cease to be part of the Malay

Reservation area.
