In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves the land described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a Pusat Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak KEMAS and designates the District Officer of Rembau as having control of the reserved land.

1026 square metres.

Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak bagi Surau dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.
