Preamble

Bahawasanya hasil yang dikenakan bagi tanah yang tersebut dan yang kena dibayar bagi tahun ini telah tidak dibayar dan adalah terhutang mulai dari 1 Jun. Tuan adalah dengan ini dikehendaki, dalam tempoh tiga bulan dari tarikh notis ini disampaikan, membayar di Pejabat Tanah daerah ini di Tampin segala wang yang sekarang ini kena dibayar sebagaimana yang tercatat dalam ruang tiga hingga enam dalam Jadual itu dan yang dijumlahkan dalam ruang akhirnya. Dan lagi diberi notis bahawa, jika jumlah yang dinyatakan dalam ruang akhir itu tidak dibayar dengan sepenuhnya dalam tempoh tiga bulan yang tersebut itu, maka saya yang bertandatangan di bawah ini, menurut kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 100, Kanun Tanah Negara, akan mengisytiharkan dengan jalan perintah tanah yang berkenaan itu dilucuthakkan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri. To Haji Abd Aziz bin Haji Mohd Dom (Account No. 0701153000) of 4A Jalan

Seremban, Port Dickson, proprietor of the land described in the 1st and 2nd columns of the Schedule below.

Whereas, the rent reserved on the said land and due in respect of the current year is unpaid and, with effect from the 1st day of June is in arrears.

You are hereby required, within three months of the date of service of this notice, to pay at the Land Office of this district at Tampin all the sums now due as entered in the 3rd-6th columns of the Schedule and totalled in the final column thereof.

And take notice that, if the total specified in the final column is not paid in full within the said period of three months, then I the undersigned, by virtue of the powers conferred by section 100 of the National Land Code, shall by order declare the land forfeit to the State Authority.
