Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak tambahan Sekolah Menengah Rendah Agama Rantau dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for the extension of Rantau Secondary Islamic

Religious School and designates that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs

Department of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
