Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk letak kereta dan perniagaan kecil dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Seremban hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
