Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk balai raya dan menetapkan bahawa WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI sembilan 3hb Feb. 2011] 51 Pegawai Daerah Port Dickson hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for balai raya and designates that the Port Dickson

District Officer shall have control of the reserved land.
