Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Tangki Air dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah, Jabatan Bekalan Air Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Water Tank and designates that the Director of the Water Supply Department, Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
